Player Check-In & Event Bag Tag Pick-Up

• All players must be dropped off at the South Wing B Lobby Entrance

• Enter through the E20 Overhead Door (located to the right of the South Wing B entrance)

Players Must Have An Official Event Bag Tag to enter the facilities. Tags can be picked up only during the player check-in hours.

Player Check-In-we only need players not parents:

• All players must come through check-in-a coach cannot check in the team or a parent cannot check-in a player.
• Some Form of ID (Any of the options below will do):
  • State ID / Passport / Report Card / School ID / Copy of Birth Certificate

Hotel/Lodging information: Please have a printout or a screenshot of your Hotel Reservation that includes the following:

• Hotel Name
• Name on Reservation
• Pipe ID # and it will begin with a R
• Confirmation #
• Check in & Check out Dates

If you are local (within 65 miles), you must present something with your street address, city, and zip code.

Team Coach Check-In & Parking Pass Pick-Up

• July 9th: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• July 10th: 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM

• July 11th: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• July 12th: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• July 13th: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• July 14th: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Important Check-In Rules for Coaches

• All coaches must check in personally at the designated location.

• Wristbands will only be issued to the individual coach present.
  One coach cannot pick up wristbands for others.

• Coaches must bring the following:

  • A valid Driver’s License or Passport

  • A fully completed USA Gold License, including the background check

  • An updated BBCS (Basketball Certification System) account

🚫 No wristband = No bench access.
This is a NCAA-mandated rule and will be strictly enforced.
